The
USS Republic is a chartered and commissioned chapter of STARFLEET
International (SFI). Accordingly, membership in SFI is a prerequisite
for membership in the Republic and membership in the Republic
includes membership in SFI. SFI membership dues are $15.00
annually per person and Republic chapter dues are $10.00 annually
per person. Persons who wish to join the Republic and are
not already members of SFI are requested to remit a single payment of
$25.00 in order to join both groups. Republic management
forwards to SFI its portion of this payment upon receipt.
Members in good standing of SFI who are currently assigned to another
chapter or who are unassigned to any chapter may request assignment to
the Republic. Such persons who request assignment to
the Republic through SFI are considered Associate Members until
they remit chapter dues to the Republic, and do not receive chapter
benefits until dues are paid.
To join SFI and/or the Republic by mail, download the SFI membership
application (link below), fill it out completely (except for credit card
information) and send both it and your check or money order made payable
to "USS Republic NCC-1371" to the address at the bottom
of this page. To join online, please use the PayPal links below.
A small processing fee is added to PayPal payments.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
SFI family memberships are available at a discounted rate to persons who
live and receive mail at the same address. One copy of the
SFI newsletter, STARFLEET Communiqué, is mailed to each
household. Republic chapter dues are not discounted
for SFI family members and each member receives full chapter benefits.
